1. Make a list of 10 positive things about yourself – not including your appearance. Whenever you think of something new or someone pays you a compliment add it to the list.
2. Put a note on your mirror saying ” Believe in the power and beauty of yourself”.
3. Think of one thing that made you happy today.
4. Call a friend and arrange to meet up for a walk and catch up at the same time.
5. Do something for yourself, even if it only is something small like taking 10 minutes to listen to music you love.
