We all try to be healthy or at least we think we do. Beauty Sleep: Aim for 8 hours of sleep per night. When your asleep your bodies cells are rejuvenating, helping you to wake up feeling refreshed, more energetic and able to face the day. While we sleep our bodies not only regain energy but our minds do too, meaning when we wake up we have better concentration and problem solving ability. Get active in the air: Whether it’s walking to and from work, cycling, jogging or just walking your dog. Your body will feel better and all that fresh air will do wonders for how you sleep, your appetite and how energetic you feel. The Gym can help your body with being fit but there is no substitute for being out of doors and breathing deeply.
Avoid stress: We’ve all been in the situation where we are seriously stressed only to be taken down with flu on top of everything else. This happens because stress affects our immune systems making you more susceptible to disease. Even if you don’t get sick, stress will make you feel worn out and anxious.
